General
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to AB Calegie Zand's supply to a customer of any of the products listed on the website http://calegiezand.com or http://calegiezand.se. The customer should carefully read the Terms & Conditions of sale before ordering any of Calegie Zand AB's products. By ordering any of Calegie Zand AB's products, the customers agree to be bound to the Terms & Conditions of sale. Terms and Conditions of Calegie Zand AB are in compliance with Swedish law, and any disputes fall under Swedish jurisdiction. To order from Calegie Zand AB 's webshop, you must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee that the website http://calegiezand.com will be free from errors in specifications, prices, measurements, or images. We cannot guarantee that products that appear on the website are in stock. We will contact you by email as soon as we receive your order. Images presented on the website may not accurately reflect the product’s actual colour. Depending on the type of gemstone, light conditions when photographed, setting on your computer colours may vary and appear different in reality.
Buying products
By clicking on the button 'I accept' at the end of the order process, the customer accepts the Terms & Conditions of sale. If the customer refuses to accept them, he or she will not be able to order any products from Calegie Zand AB.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we will respond by sending you an order confirmation to the email address stated when registering your purchase. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours. If you have not received a confirmation within that time, you are advised to send an email to info@calegiezand.se
Currency and prices
The prices are in SEK (Swedish Kronor), Euro, or USD (US dollars). Your order will be charged in the currency you have selected. Calegie Zand AB cannot be held liable for sudden changes in currency rates.
Payment and security
We accept payment by credit cards, including VISA, Master Card, and American Express. No extra charges will be added by paying with these credit cards. We can also send you an invoice for the amount. Due to the value of the product, we will deliver the product only once full payment is completed and is registered in Calegie Zand AB 's bank account.
If completing a purchase with your credit card, you will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection, and outsiders cannot read your credit card details. We do not save any information concerning your credit card; therefore, you must always enter your credit card details for each visit to the webshop.
VAT and taxes
For shipping destinations within the EU, VAT is included. For countries outside of the EU, the price displayed also includes VAT, and Calegie Zand will make sure the VAT and surcharges for import to your specific country are included in the final price. For more information concerning import to your country, you are advised to contact our Customer Service (cs@calegiezand.com).
Faulty products
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 4 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time. If you consider your product faulty, you must contact us with documentation before sending the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, Calegie Zand AB has primarily the right to offer repair or exchange of the product (if it can be made within a reasonable time and without additional costs for the customer).
If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you, free of charge, a similar non-faulty product. This will be carried out immediately once we have received the faulty product. If the faulty product is not in stock, Calegie Zand AB has the right to offer a similar product or, within 5-7 weeks, deliver a non-faulty product. Items lost in return transit will not be compensated for. Calegie Zand AB will not reimburse a faulty product if received damaged after the 14-day period after delivery.
Force majeure
Calegie Zand shall not be liable for failure to deliver or to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (fire, flood, storm, or other natural disasters), acts of foreign enemies, blockage, strike, lockout, or failure of electricity, telephone, or internet services. In order to claim Force Majeure as an excuse for failure, Calegie Zand AB shall prove that reasonable steps were taken to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events.
