Complementary Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery worldwide. All our jewelry is custom-made, which normally takes 4-6 weeks to arrive from the time you place your order. However, if you need your piece sooner, please let us know before placing your order and we will try our best to expedite the delivery.
Our delivery service is completely secure and insured by our trusted forwarder DHL. A signature is required upon receipt of the package, which is shipped in an unbranded package for added discretion. Once your package is shipped, we will provide a link for you to track your order online.
In the event that you need to return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. Our team will work with you to ensure a hassle-free return experience.
Free return
Collection Jewelry:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online collection, which is why we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order for all jewelry, including engraved pieces. To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the jewelry is in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying items such as certificates, boxes, and cards.
Bespoke Jewelry:
Our bespoke made jewelry, designed and created to your exact specifications and not available in our collection, is non-refundable. However, if adjustments are needed due to ring sizing or a manufacturing fault, we are happy to make the necessary modifications free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we will promptly replace the jewelry as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
Return process
To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@calegiezand.com, and we will provide you with all the necessary information for the return process. Our forwarder will pick up the package from your preferred location, and the return will be fully insured, ensuring that you do not have to worry about any potential transportation mishaps.
