How did you choose the ring, Marcus?
Her lucky number is three, and our daughter’s name is Belle. When I came across the Delbedel ring, which reminded me of her name, I felt an instant connection. The two side stones, representing 'heart to heart,' sealed the decision.
How would you describe your experience as clients at Calegie Zand?
Heartfelt and elegant. The meeting was so respectful and made me feel completely at ease and secure.
Mindy, what do you love most about the engagement ring he chose for you?
I love the symbolism behind the three stones. Not only is three my lucky number, but to me, it also represents the family of three that we’ve become.
How did you two meet? When? How long have you been together?
We met ten years ago, in 2014, in the Swedish West Archipelago. We had known each other for three years, but suddenly, an overwhelming sense of love hit us—fortunately, at the exact same time for both of us!

How did he propose?
He proposed on the roof of our old apartment in Gothenburg. It felt like a scene from a movie—completely surreal. We had moved out of that apartment just six months earlier to start our life in a new home, but Gothenburg, and that apartment in particular, hold such special meaning for us. It's where we built our family of three and saw so many of our dreams come true.
What’s the best thing about your fiancé?
He has a calm and positive energy—he’s like a rock I can always lean on. I tend to be more emotional and have lots of ups and downs, but he knows exactly how to handle that—sometimes better than I do! Haha.
What’s your greatest strength as a couple?
Communication. It’s the most important thing for us and has helped us maintain a strong bond, through both the good times and the bad.
